Balakrishnan P is the Head of Production & Maintenance at Hyundai MOBIS, E-Powertrain BU, where they oversee battery and power system production. Previously, they held positions as Head of Section for Module Production and Assistant Manager in auto parts production at Hyundai MOBIS. Their earlier experience includes working as a Team Member in manufacturing at Saint-Gobain Glass India Limited and as an Inplant Trainee at Brakes India Limited and PROTEL. Balakrishnan holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Technology in Manufacturing Management from BITS Pilani and a B.E. in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering.
