Sachin Kadus is the Director of New Products and Technology Development at Hytrol, where they lead initiatives in product innovation. Prior to joining Hytrol in 2022, Sachin held various engineering roles at Whirlpool Corporation from 2017 to 2020, including Aesthetic Subsystem Lead Engineer and Engineering Manager. Sachin earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Bharati Vidyapeeth's College of Engineering, followed by a Post Graduate Diploma in Product Design from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Currently, Sachin is pursuing an MBA at Gies College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
