David Schwegman is the CEO of Hyperbaric Physicians of Georgia and has extensive experience in emergency medicine and medical leadership. They served as an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at Emory University School of Medicine from 2001 to 2008 and held roles as an Emergency Medicine Physician at both Kaiser Permanente and Northside Emergency Associates in 2001 and 2008-2009, respectively. Prior to their current role as Chief Medical Officer at HyperbaRxs since 2010, Schwegman was the Owner and Medical Director of Hyperbaric Physicians of Georgia from 2009 to 2010. They earned a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology/Animal Biology from The Ohio State University.
