Tom Ertle is a technical leader with 14 years of experience in software development and systems integration, specializing in customer-facing roles for over five years. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Managed Services & ATMaaS at Nautilus Hyosung America, they focus on systems integration and the interplay of hardware and software in complex environments. Previously, Tom held various positions at Diebold Nixdorf, including Software Development Team Lead and Senior Manager of Systems Integration, and worked as a Software Developer at Superior Dairy, Inc. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Akron.
