Thomas M. serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Hyer Boots since August 2023, contributing to the revival of the original cowboy boot brand. As a Venture Expert for the European Commission since September 2019, Thomas M. has played a significant role in assessing and supporting new ventures. Previous experience includes acting as Interim CTO for Midi Health and COO at Founders Factory NYC, where involvement in early-stage consumer, digital health, and medtech companies occurred. Notable earlier positions include Venture Mentor at WeWork, Co-Founder and COO of Behere until its acquisition in January 2020, Founder and COO of Shipster, and Director of Business Development at JESS3. Thomas M. also founded Yard Sale University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Delaware, as well as participation in the Venture Incubation Program at Harvard Innovation Labs.
