Sharmi Vedantam is currently the Branch Manager at HVJ Associates®, where they apply their extensive experience in geotechnical engineering and project management to ensure client satisfaction. With a master's degree in geotechnical engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and additional qualifications in civil and water resources engineering, Sharmi has successfully managed various public, industrial, and private projects in the Houston area. Previously, Sharmi held positions as a Senior Project Professional at Fugro Consultants, Inc. and as a Staff Engineer at HVJ Associates®. They have honed their technical and leadership skills through programs like E-Myth Coaching and the Generative Leadership Program, focusing on building efficient teams to meet client needs.
