Caitlin Patrick is the Director of Workforce Strategy and Execution at Huron, where they partner with various business leaders to refine strategic workforce planning models. Previously, Caitlin held roles as a Manager in Healthcare Resource Management and an Associate in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Consulting at Huron, contributing to staffing and performance improvement initiatives. They began their career with experience as a Senior Analyst at The Advisory Board Company and an English Teaching Assistant with the U.S. Department of State's Fulbright program. Caitlin earned a B.A. in Political Science from Wake Forest University.
