Cindy De Witt Iacopella is an accomplished leader in animal welfare with a robust background in managing animal shelters and implementing progressive programs. Between July 2011 and July 2014, Iacopella served as the Director of the Town of Hempstead Animal Shelter and Adoption Center, where notable achievements included strategic planning that increased live release rates.
