Kristine Orvos is an accomplished executive recruiting specialist with extensive experience managing full lifecycle recruiting. Currently serving as a Lead Executive Recruiting Partner at Humana since 2024, Kristine previously held significant roles including Vice President at TD, where they advised executives on talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning from 2021 to 2024. They also worked as VP of Global Executive Recruitment at WPP from 2015 to 2021 and served as a Senior Associate at Heidrick & Struggles from 1999 to 2005. Kristine began their career as an Executive Recruitment Consultant from 2005 to 2015 and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Lab Psychology and Computer Science at Rutgers University.
