Patrícia Dupin, Ph.D, has extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Since May 2015, Patrícia has been with Human Synergistics Brasil, founded by Dr. J. Additionally, Patrícia serves as a board member and committee member for Development, Innovation, and Strategy at CEIN since August 2018. Patrícia also works as an associate consultant at both Dextera Smart Change and Evolve Up starting in July 2018. From June 2020 to May 2022, Patrícia held the position of Chair of the Board at CFIB for Helisul Táxi Aéreo and was a Family Committee member at Helisul Aviação, focusing on the creation of a Family Committee to facilitate intergenerational strategies. Patrícia has significant academic credentials, including a Ph.D. in Science of Information and Communication from Université de Toulon, in addition to numerous other advanced certifications and degrees focused on sustainability, leadership, and organizational culture.
