Elske Stellingwerff Beintema is the Global Discipline Manager Engineering at Huisman Equipment B.V. They have an extensive background at Huisman, having served as Groupleader Mechanical Engineering and then as Global Manager Mechanical Engineering, overseeing project execution and personal development for large teams across multiple countries. As the Chair of the Management Team at Huisman Netherlands, they acted as Managing Director, leading various departments and executing strategic plans. Elske earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology from 1996 to 2002.
