Ville Soro is an experienced legal and mergers & acquisitions professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Head of Global M&A Projects and Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Huhtamaki since February 2009, Ville Soro has held multiple leadership roles including M&A Director and Legal Integration Director within the company. Prior to this, Ville Soro was a Senior Associate at Roschier, Attorneys Ltd. from September 2002 to January 2009. Ville Soro holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Helsinki, completed in 2002.
