Uzoamaka Uzosike, FCA, MBA, possesses over 20 years of experience in audit, accounting, and financial reporting, showcasing expertise in global business environments and compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements. They have held significant roles, including Senior Director of Accounting at Andela and Director of Finance Operations & Systems at Hugo. Uzoamaka's previous positions include Head of Internal Audit at both Smackers Nigeria Ltd and Great Brands Nigeria Ltd, and they began their career as an Audit Senior at KPMG Professional Services. Uzoamaka earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nigeria and the University of Cumbria, respectively.
