Tamara Kljajic is the Head of Engineering & Delivery Operations at HTEC, where they lead initiatives in strategic data management and policy compliance. They previously served as the Head of Project Management at Startit and held roles such as Internal Operations Lead and Senior Operations Associate at HTEC Group. With experience as a Career Counsellor at Belgrade Open School, Tamara provided guidance on career opportunities and was responsible for the Bos Career online platform. Tamara has also worked as a freelance trainer in career guidance and counseling since 2011, contributing to the development of accredited programs at the Institute for the Improvement of Education. They are currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at the University of Belgrade.
