Between October 2008 and January 2014, Eugenia was the HR Leader for Wipro Consulting Services in Europe and Japan/Asia Pacific, focusing on HR and talent strategies. Earlier roles include working as a Talent & Organisational Management Consultant at Accenture and as an Equity Analyst at Banque Lombard Odier & Cie SA.
