Zhaohe Liang is a Regulatory Capital and Treasury Risk Specialist currently serving as a Senior Manager of Strategic Finance Risk at HSBC since 2025. Previously, Zhaohe held various roles in risk management, including EMEA Credit Risk Capital Vice President at Morgan Stanley and Prudential Risk Management Associate at BlackRock. Zhaohe began their career at the Royal Bank of Scotland as a risk graduate, and later worked as a post-graduate researcher at the Max Planck Institute for the Physics of Complex Systems. Zhaohe holds multiple master’s degrees from UCL and Imperial College London, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at Purdue University.
