Weiming Yang is an IT Development Manager at HSBC Securities, where they have managed a development team focused on two primary trading systems for fixed income derivatives since 2005. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at Misys from 1997 to 2005, specializing in the risk management module of the Summit system. Weiming earned a PhD in Nonlinear Dynamics from the Institute of Theoretical Physics at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, following a Bachelor of Science in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China.
