Veronica Alvarez is a Certified Learning and Development Professional (CLDP) with 26 years of experience in various industries, including financial services and business process outsourcing. As the Vice President of People Development and Training at HSBC, Veronica currently plans and implements learning strategies to enhance frontline capabilities. Previously, they held leadership roles at organizations such as MSCI Inc. and Bank of America, where they significantly contributed to developing training programs and enhancing performance management systems. In addition to their corporate roles, Veronica is a facilitator for the #IamRemarkable initiative, promoting women empowerment and helping underrepresented groups recognize their achievements.
