Sonu Gupta is currently the Head of Product Design & Transformation for Security Platforms at HSBC, where they focus on digital transformation to enhance user experiences in financial services. With a robust background in software project management and business analysis, Sonu has played a pivotal role in developing user-centric security platforms over the past decade. Previously, they served as a Senior Manager for Application Development and Product Design at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management. Sonu’s career began as a Senior Analyst & Technical Lead at John Hancock from 2001 to 2004. They are also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the University of South Florida.
