Simon Cheng is currently the Regional Head of Insurance & Money Markets, Asia for HSBC Global Private Banking and Wealth. They previously held several roles at HSBC, including Senior Money Market Dealer and Regional Head of Money Markets & Insurance Collaboration. Before their tenure at HSBC, Simon served as Vice President and Business Manager in the CEO Office for Coutts from 2012 to 2015 and worked as a Business Analyst at Value Partners from 2007 to 2008. Simon also contributed as a Column Writer and Freelance Reporter for Metro International between 2002 and 2008. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from The University of Hong Kong and studied at the University of Bergen.
