Rana Mamdouh is currently a Client Implementation Manager at HSBC and has extensive experience in customer service and team leadership. Previously, they served as a Resolution Manager at Vodafone UK from 2018 to 2021 and were a team leader at Perfect Solution LLC from 2015 to 2017. Rana started their career as a call center agent and also worked as a Customer Service Representative. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Alexandria University, completed in 2013, and are currently pursuing further education at Alexandria Language School.
