Rachael Willis has extensive experience in the banking sector, having held various leadership positions at HSBC. Notably, Rachael served as Director of UK Technology Sector Coverage from June 2017 to June 2019, where responsibilities included supporting technology and telecom firms. More recently, Rachael held the position of Head of People Excellence for Commercial & Global Banking in MENAT, overseeing talent management and engagement for over 1,500 colleagues. Other roles included Associate Director in Corporate Banking Origination, Senior Manager for Sales Development in MENAT, and involvement in employee resource groups focused on supporting working parents and carers. Rachael's educational background includes a BSc (Hons) in Financial Markets and Management from the University of Manchester and a BA (Hons) in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Durham University, along with several professional qualifications in finance and human resources.
