Penelope Kypuros serves as the Regional Head of HR Consulting - MENAT at HSBC, leveraging over 14 years of experience in leading culture and behavior change initiatives across various sectors, including government, banking, and healthcare. Previously, Penelope held roles at the Emirates Group as the Global Head of Organisational Effectiveness and at First Abu Dhabi Bank as Vice President of Talent Management. Penelope has also worked as a Senior Consultant at People Measures and a Provisional Psychologist at The Curve Group. Penelope is a graduate of Harvard University, where they studied at the John F. Kennedy School of Government.
