Nico Mancini is the Head of Digital Platforms Operations at HSBC, bringing over 12 years of international technology experience in delivery and operations. With a global mindset, Nico focuses on data technologies that drive business value for HSBC, enabling the effective management of large data volumes. Previously, they held various roles including Delivery Lead and Service Quality Manager at HSBC, as well as positions at Vodafone, Atos, and Coeus Consulting. Nico is currently pursuing a BA (Hons) in Business and Management from Sheffield Hallam University and an MSc in Information Systems from the University of Liverpool. They are a British and Italian citizen living in Hong Kong.
