Michelle Kightley is currently the Resource Lead for Finance Transformation and Head of Enterprise Finance PMO & Business Management at HSBC. They previously served as a PMO Resource Manager and Senior Resources Manager at HSBC from 2015 to 2025. Prior to HSBC, Michelle worked as an Operations Director at TriPlanet Partners from 2010 to 2013 and held the position of Operations Manager at Direct Line Group from 2013 to 2015. They began their career as an ESS Team Leader at Ernst & Young LLP and Ernst & Young from 2007 to 2010.
