From 2018 to 2023, Matthew held the position of Managing Director at Barclays, overseeing cash sales trading in both the Americas and EMEA. Currently, they serve as the Managing Director for Cash Equities Execution Services at HSBC. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from New York University.
