Karen Ip is currently the Deputy General Counsel and Regional Head of Wealth and Personal Banking Legal for ASP at HSBC. Previously, they served as Associate General Counsel and Head of Wealth and Personal Banking Legal in Hong Kong from 2016 to 2021, along with a role as Senior Legal Counsel in Global Markets Legal. Earlier in their career, Karen worked at Linklaters as an Associate and later as a Managing Associate in Structured Products & Derivatives from 2003 to 2004. They are currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) at the University of Cambridge.
