Kalyanakumar Pitchiah, known as Kalyan, is an accomplished professional in insurance and digital transformation with over 14 years of experience. Currently serving as a Transformation - Data Migration Delivery Lead at HSBC, Kalyan manages the secure migration of sensitive insurance data while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Previously, as an Associate Director at Cognizant, Kalyan headed the digital insurance sales and service platform for APAC, enhancing market growth through innovative integrations. Kalyan also held key roles at AIG and AETINS, where they led multimillion-dollar project implementations and developed core insurance applications for both conventional and Takaful companies. Kalyan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Engineering College.
