Jackie Moon is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in talent management, people engagement, and strategic communications. From 2001 to 2014, Jackie led various corporate marketing and communications functions at AIG in Korea, spearheading initiatives across public relations and internal communications for significant organizational transformations. Most recently, from 2020 to 2023, Jackie served as Global People Engagement Lead at HSBC, focusing on employee engagement strategy and collaboration with HR to implement People Strategies globally. Jackie holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Yonsei University.
