Gruffudd Jones is an M&A integration and transformation leader with extensive experience in post-merger value capture, AI risk, and change management. They currently serve as the Deputy CIO at HSBC Life Singapore, overseeing a US$40M technology portfolio and leading strategic program delivery. Previously, Gruffudd was a principal consultant at Capco, where they significantly expanded a major client account and drove large-scale transformation programs for notable financial institutions. They are completing an MBA at Warwick Business School, focusing on AI readiness in financial services.
