Ashley Scott has extensive experience in management and customer service, with a tenure at HSBC starting in July 2013, where roles include Network Manager, Service and Sales Manager, and Sales Floor Manager as part of the Graduate Scheme. Prior to HSBC, Ashley Scott worked at HM Revenue & Customs from 2005 to July 2013, holding positions such as Human Resource Analyst and Contact Centre Advisor. Ashley Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Retail Banking and Management Practice from LIBF (2013-2015) and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Business and Management from the University of Sunderland (2009-2011).
