Ally Tam has over 15 years of experience in risk management within the financial services sector. They began their career at RBS as an Associate in APAC Operational Risk Management and advanced through various roles, including Director at Morgan Stanley and Executive Director at Mizuho Securities Asia, where they oversaw non-financial risk management across multiple regions. Currently, Ally serves as the Regional Head of Enterprise Risk Management for Markets and Securities Services at HSBC. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Economics from UCL, which they earned in 2005.
