Alexandre Courbon is currently the Managing Director and Head of M&A France at HSBC, a position they have held since 2019. Previously, they served as Managing Director and Head of M&A France at Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking from 2015 to 2019, and held various roles including Vice President and Director in M&A. Earlier in their career, Alexandre worked as an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP from 2000 to 2007. They earned a Master's in Business Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and a degree in Management with a focus on Finance and Accounting from ESCP Europe.
