Abhishek J. is the Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer for Finance, Sustainability, and Group External Communications at HSBC. They have held various senior roles, including Global Head of Wholesale Credit Risk Impairment and Stress Testing, and Chief of Staff to the Group Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at the same institution since 2016. Abhishek previously led the IFRS9 Transition Programme at Standard Chartered Bank and worked in finance at Standard Chartered and Citibank. They are currently pursuing their ACA degree at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
