Simon Hughes is the Vice President of Manufacturing at HSA Group, a position they have held since 2021. Previously, Simon worked as Chief Engineer at Kerry Foodservice from 2005 to 2010, and later served as Head of Operations for the Food Division at Agthia Group PJSC between 2010 and 2015. At Almarai, Simon held the roles of Head of Manufacturing and Chief Manufacturing Manager from 2015 to 2020. Their earlier experience includes serving as Chief Engineer at Allied Bakeries from 1993 to 2000 and as Technical Support Engineer at Tweedys of Burnley from 1984 to 1993. Simon is currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering and Food Manufacturing at Gawthorpe County High School.
