With over fifteen years in technology, they founded and structured multiple consulting businesses, including Cienci Soluções Inteligentes and Tech Recruiting, and have worked with notable clients like Coca-Cola and Petrobras. Currently, they serve as Partner and CEO for Brazil at HR Path while also being a private investor in several tech startups. Passionate about education and innovation, Ricardo actively engages in social projects aimed at improving access to education and career guidance for youth.
