Dele Oladeji is an accomplished supply chain planning executive with extensive global experience across various sectors, including retail, consumer goods, and pharmaceuticals. They have successfully led large teams and managed significant supply chain operations, including a $60 billion pharmaceuticals division at CVS Health and a $10 billion medical devices business at Johnson & Johnson. With a strong focus on team building, process excellence, and collaboration, Dele has driven substantial improvements in service levels and operational efficiency throughout their career. Currently, they serve as Vice President of Global Supply Chain Planning at HP while pursuing a Master's degree in Operations Research/Supply Chain at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
