Andrew Moore is currently the Group Company Secretary at Howden Group Holdings, a position held since 2003. Prior to this role, they served as the Company Secretary at R K Harrison Group from 2003 to 2015 and as the Group Company Secretary at Hyperion Insurance Group from 2015 to 2020. Andrew began their career as a Company Secretarial Assistant at Windsor Life Assurance from 1995 to 1998 and later worked as an Assistant Company Secretary at Boxclever from 1998 to 2003. They hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Legal Practice Course (LPC) from The University of Wolverhampton, along with an HND in Business & Finance from Teesside University.
