Steve Cargile is a Senior Personnel Executive and Assistant Director of Pro Scouting at the Houston Texans, a position they hold since 2024. Previously, Cargile served as the Director of Pro Scouting for the New England Patriots from 2011 to 2021 and played as a safety for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Denver Broncos between 2006 and 2009. They earned a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University in 2004.
