LaToya Miley, Ed.S, is a 26-year veteran educator currently serving as the Executive Director of Instruction-Central Division at Houston ISD and the Independent Owner of UNEAC Consulting Agency. LaToya has previously held various leadership roles, including Executive Manager to the Superintendent at Fulton County Schools and K-12 Systems Leader/Principal, overseeing significant teams and community engagement efforts. LaToya's educational background includes a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, a Master’s and an Education Specialist degree from Nova Southeastern University, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration at Walden University.
