Jay Novak is the Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Corporate Finance at Houlihan Lokey, a role they began in 2024. Previously, they served as the Managing Director and Global Head of the Consumer, Food & Retail Group at the same firm from 1996 to 2024. Jay started their career as a Financial Analyst at Kidder, Peabody & Co. and held the position of Assistant Treasurer at ING before becoming a Manager at the Royal Bank of Canada. They earned a BA in Political Science and History and an MBA in Finance-Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
