Sofija ÄŒelutkienÄ— is the Chief People Officer at Hostinger, where they lead the HR and communication functions and are responsible for people strategy. With a background in organizational psychology, Sofija studied at University College London, earning both a BSc and MSc in psychology. They began their career in healthcare consulting and public policy before transitioning to learning and development and human resources, serving notably as the Baltic Head of HR at EY. Currently, Sofija is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences. Outside of work, Sofija enjoys time with family and a love for the seaside, autumn, and fiction books.
