Ethan Williams currently serves as the Senior Director of the IT Project Management Office at the Hospital for Special Surgery, having been promoted in 2021 to enhance Portfolio Management practices and expanded responsibilities in 2023. Prior to this role, Ethan worked at Montefiore Health System, where management of multimillion-dollar project portfolios was key, including roles as Assistant Director and Senior Project Portfolio Manager. Earlier experience includes establishing a formal Project Management Office at Emerson Ecologics and overseeing resource management at Fidelity Investments and Comcast's Contact Centers. Ethan holds an M.S. in Management with a concentration in Project Management from Boston University and a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from the University at Albany.
