Founded in 1933 by W.W. Horner and H. Shifrin, we offer engineering services in all phases of a project, including feasibility, planning, development, design and construction services for the design of wastewater or water treatment plants and/or collection or distribution systems, flood protection, storm drainage, pump stations, roads, highways, bridges, grade separations for railroads, port facilities, health care facilities, industrial and business park developments, and GIS Systems / hosting, and surveying.  In addition, we provide mechanical and electrical engineering services, including plumbing; fire protection; heating, ventilation and air conditioning; energy audits and energy conservation; electrical distribution and backup power supply; lighting and alarm systems.
