John Philbin is a Managing Partner and founder of Happy Work Spectacular Life, a virtual career coaching business dedicated to transforming work into a fulfilling experience. They currently serve as a Managing Partner at Spectacular @ Work, focusing on leadership development and organizational effectiveness, and hold several educational roles, including Adjunct Professor at Kellogg Executive Education and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Previously, John was an investor and advisor at TapCloud until its acquisition in 2022 and co-founded Strategic Talent Solutions, where they contributed to enhancing competitive strategies through talent development. Additionally, John serves on the board of Horizons for Youth, supporting children's academic growth and mentoring.
