Lindsey Mahoney is an investment regulatory attorney with a decade of experience in capital markets, advising regulators, broker-dealers, and investment advisers on securities regulatory matters. Currently, Lindsey serves as Director and Senior Legal Counsel for Investments Regulation at HOOPP in Toronto. Lindsey has previously held positions at notable organizations, including Milbank LLP and the Ontario Securities Commission, where they provided legal counsel on compliance and regulatory issues. Passionate about diversity in the legal profession, Lindsey actively mentors and supports equity-seeking groups pursuing careers in law. Lindsey holds a Juris Doctorate from Howard University School of Law and is licensed to practice law in New York and Ontario.
