Shanita Woodard is a strategy leader and business development professional with 20 years of corporate experience across marketing, strategy, commercial management, and engineering. They served as a civil engineer at Carter & Burgess and later held various roles at major companies, including ExxonMobil, GE, and Rockwell Automation. Shanita is also the founder and CEO of PICC DESIGN and a certified professional coach, with an MBA in Strategic Management from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rice University. Currently, they continue to expand their expertise in lifecycle solutions and services as a director at Honeywell.
