Paul Rogers is an accomplished leader in the technology and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Managing Director (EMEA) at Tridium since January 2022, where responsibilities include P&L management, delivering double-digit growth, and spearheading geographic expansion initiatives. Previously, Paul held multiple key roles at Honeywell, including Director of Global Business Development and Business Development Manager, driving engagement with end users and coordinating global partnerships. Experience also encompasses mechanical design engineering at BMT Consultants, account management at Samsung Electronics, and leadership positions at Gala Bingo. Paul holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leicester and an MSc in Environmental Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
