Pål Ottesen is an experienced sales leader currently serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Honeywell AS. With a strong background in managing and transforming decentralized organizations, Pål has held various roles in multinational IT and electronic manufacturing companies, demonstrating expertise in strategy development, team building, and long-term relationship management. Earlier in their career, Pål served as a Sergeant in the Norwegian Army and worked with notable firms such as Digital Equipment Corporation and Autronica Fire & Security AS.
