Milan Motl is a Senior Advanced Hardware Engineer currently working at Honeywell, where they design engineering and production test systems for Avionics Satcom units and antennas. From 2012 to 2024, Milan held the position of Hardware Design Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace, focusing on RF test systems design and hardware debugging. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2012, Milan served as an RF Hardware Engineer at Flextronics, participating in RF design and testing for air traffic control transceivers and military airborne transceivers. Milan earned a Ph.D. in Telecommunications and Radiotechnology from Vysoké učení technické v Brně, completing their degree in 2004.
